Keen has the biggest advisor pool in our comparison, public per-minute rates and a $1 trial with select advisors. Its protection is thinner: the guarantee is capped at $25 in credit, and phone support runs on weekdays only.
Keen suits people who like to shop around: you can filter a very large pool of advisors by specialty, compare their rates before signing up and try one for $1. If you want video readings or a generous refund policy, look elsewhere.

PsychicWorld suits people who prefer text chat and like to keep a record of their readings. If refund protection or a large choice of advisors matters to you, the higher-ranked platforms do better.

You create an account on a platform, add funds or a payment card, pick an advisor and connect by chat, phone or video. Most platforms charge by the minute at a rate each advisor sets, taking the cost from your balance as you go. You can usually end a session at any time.
On the platforms we compare, regular rates range from under $1 to over $20 a minute, depending on the platform and the advisor. A 20-minute reading at $5 a minute costs $100, so check the rate on the advisor's profile before you connect.
New-customer offers lower the cost of a first reading but rarely apply afterwards.
They're a cheap way to try a platform, but read the conditions: many need a minimum purchase, apply only to selected advisors or pay out as credit. We show the key terms next to each offer, with the date we last verified it.
It depends on the platform. Some give full credit for a first reading, others cap credit at 10 minutes or $25–$50, and a few give nothing once a session starts. Nearly all pay in account credit rather than cash, and most have a short claim window, sometimes only 24 hours. Each review summarises the rules and links to them.
No platform can guarantee what a reading tells you, and reputable ones say so in their terms. People use readings for reflection, comfort or entertainment. They shouldn't replace medical, legal, financial or mental-health advice, and be wary of any reader who pressures you to spend more or offers to lift a curse for money.
